My Reasons...

A dear, wise friend once told me...."Some days just hurt." I love that. You don't always need a reason. A rough day doesn't mean it'll be followed by another rough day. It doesn't mean anything is going horribly wrong. It doesn't mean that you didn't find joy in your day, didn't smile or didn't feel grateful for the life you're living. Some days just hurt. Period.

I found joy today...in 2 little boys jumping on a trampoline - in their underwear nonetheless...


And one naughty dog that doesn't know that she's not one of the boys...they are her pack, for sure - where they go, she goes....
